Due to the lack of space on the plane during the peak season, personal items quantity will be restricted by DHL from 11/1. Currently, all express carriers are subject to restrictions on individual and corporate shipments but DHL will more strict after November.
so i am going to use FedEx Instead of DHL, so sorry for change shipping method.
